Officers responded to reports of a fallen tree on Brookings Street just before 5 p.m. Tuesday.
MEDFORD, MA — Two cars were crushed by a massive tree in Medford Tuesday afternoon, reported WHDH.
Officers responded to reports of a fallen tree on Brookings Street just before 5 p.m. and found that a giant tree had fallen on two vehicles, including a Volkswagen belonging to Claire Rhodes.
Rhodes told WHDH she was on a walk when her girlfriend called her about the incident.

“My girlfriend called me and said a branch on your car this is not really a branch it’s the whole tree,” she said.
Rhodes and the owner of the other car were not hurt.
