Medford Firefighters Rescue Injured Hawk At Wellington Stop
The bird had problems flying after it was grazed by a train.

MEDFORD, MA – Medford firefighters on Wednesday rescued an injured hawk at the Wellington T stop. The bird was grazed by a train and had problems flying, according to the Medford firefighters Twitter page.
Engine 4 found the hawk near the platform and called the animal control officer, who took him to Tufts Veterinary School for treatment.
Engine 4 responded to Wellington train station for an injured hawk. He was grazed by a train and having difficulty flying. The crew found him near the platform and called for Animal Control.
