Medford Man Indicted on Attempted Murder, Assault and Battery Charges

Middlesex District Attorney Marian Ryan announced multiple Grand Jury indictments on Friday, including several involving residents from Medford.

The announced indictments are as follows:

Alexander Martinez, 40, was charged with attempted murder, two counts of assault and battery resulting in serious bodily injury, strangulation, four counts of assault and battery, assault with intent to maim, threats to commit a crime, witness intimidation, and possession of a high capacity rifle.

Laura Maloney, 49, was charged with assault and battery with a dangerous weapon resulting in serious bodily injury.
