Medford Mayor Announces Plans To Develop Medford Square, Riverfront
The City plans to offer opportunities for public input on the waterfront project, but no dates have yet been proposed.

MEDFORD, MA — Medford will move forward with recommendations to redevelop the Mystic River waterfront near Medford Square, Mayor Breanna Lungo-Koehn said Wednesday.
Landscape architecture firm Copley Wolff was asked by the city to generate new design concepts for Clippership Park as well as the riverfront property in Medford Square.
“Clippership Park and the Mystic River waterfront have a lot of untapped potential that the city hasn’t been accessing for many years,” Mayor Lungo-Koehn said in a news release. “The revitalization of our waterfront will transform and enhance this area while also creating opportunities for the community to work and play in Medford.”
