Mystic Valley Parkway Ramp To Reopen After 3 Years

The ramp was closed in June 2015 for the Cradock Bridge rehab project.

MEDFORD, MA – A ramp leading from the westbound side of the Mystic Valley Parkway (Rt. 16) to Main Street in Medford (Rt. 38) will reopen after more than three years, MassDOT announced Wednesday. Traffic will be allowed back onto the ramp this Friday, Nov. 9 at 2 p.m.

The ramp was closed in June 2015 as part of the $12.8 million Cradock Bridge rehabilitation project. The bridge carries Rt. 38 over the Mystic River.

With the ramp reopening, all major Cradock Bridge work will be complete. Minor work will be completed through the end of November.
