Medford is Training, Certifying Lifeguards

The following is from the City of Medford:

The City of Medford is looking for individuals (age 15 and older) who will commit to becoming certified, trained lifeguards.

Training will be held at the Medford High School pool from January 9-13, 2017. The cost of the training is $430.00, which includes the waterfront module of the lifeguard training.

Once candidates successfully complete their training, they will be appointed to a position as a lifeguard at one of the City of Medford swimming facilities; Tufts Pool or Wrights Pond for the 2017 season. At the completion of the season, the guard will be reimbursed for their cost of the lifeguard training.
