Medford Woman Breaks into Home, Lives There with Kids: Report

The woman allegedly temporarily moved into the home, changed the locks, and even called a plumber.

MEDFORD, MA - A Medford woman allegedly broke into a Leominster home and lived there with her three children over the weekend, according to the Sentinel & Enterprise.

Akkima Danniell Briscoe, 39, of Rockwell Ave. was arrested Monday and arraigned Tuesday on charges of breaking and entering, vandalizing property and larceny from a building. Briscoe had a warrant out for her arrest.

The Sentinel & Enterprise reports the home had been sold but the new homeowner did not live there yet. Briscoe allegedly told police she had already had the locks changed and called the plumber to turn the water on.
