MEDFORD, MA — A New Hampshire woman accused of parental kidnapping turned herself in to Medford police Wednesday. Malinda Nicolosi, 46, went to the Medford Police Station around 8:30 a.m. Wednesday with her 3-year-old son, Anthony, police said.

Nicolosi's friend convinced her to turn herself in, according to police. Her son appeared to be in "good health and good spirits," police said.

Malinda and Anthony Nicolosi were reported missing from Londonderry, NH Tuesday. Police believed the boy was with his biological mother, despite a court order giving the father full custody.
