Nurses Day May 6th, 2014

National Nurses Week May 6th -12th

The Greater Medford VNA celebrated Nurses Day on May 6th at their headquarters on Mystic Ave. in Medford, MA.  Many wonderful nurses gathered to enjoy a casual lunch and receive recognition thank you cards.  The Greater Medford VNA feels their Nurses, along with all of their support staff, deserve many thanks and is grateful to have such a dedicated, knowledgeable and hard-working staff.

The lunch was served after the Nurses Phlebotomy class which was funded by the organizations’ Professional Development Fund.  Pictured below is the trainer of the Phlebotomy class Alexandria Morrissey, with 2 visiting nurses (Mary Napoli, RN and Pat Croce, RN) and 2 liaisons (Lynn Schuster, RN and Barbara Sousa, RN).
