Police Log: Arson, Fugitive, Larceny Charges

The following is a selective list of entries from the Medford Police log from Wednesday, Jan. 16 through Thursday, Jan. 17, 2013 and any arrests recorded during that time.

Arrests and Summonses

Gina Muccini, 35, 48 Cummings St., Medford, was arrested Wednesday, Jan. 16 on Cummings Street and charged with armed robbery.

Timothy Baker, 40, 38 Pitcairn St., Revere, was arrested Wednesday, Jan. 16 on Mystic Valley Parkway and charged with shoplifting by asportation.

Nicholas Stewart, 23, 261 Cambridge St., Burlington, was arrested Wednesday, Jan. 16 on Ashcroft Road and charged with destruction of property in excess of $250 and night time breaking and entering (for felony).

Heather Gormley, 35, address not specified, was arrested Wednesday, Jan. 16 on Mystic Valley Parkway and charged with shoplifting by asportation.

Mark Richard, 49, 9 Cherry St., Medford, was arrested Thursday, Jan. 17 on Cherry Street and charged with assault and battery.

Nialanis Liriano, 26, 116 Devon St., Boston, was arrested Thursday, Jan. 17 on Farragut Avenue on a warrant and charged with arson of dwelling house, larceny in excess of $250, two counts of fugitive from justice and two counts of destruction of property in excess of $250.
