Rakia Douglas, 26, address not specified, was arrested on Saturday, Jan. 12 on Fellsway West on several warrants and was charged with destruction of property over $250, assault and battery and attempt to commit a crime.

Scott Komorny, 46, address not specified, was arrested on Sunday, Jan. 13 on Fellsway on a warrant and charged with two counts of shoplifting by asportation.
Finley Noel, 40, 1477 Flatbush Ave., New York, N.Y., was arrested on Sunday, Jan. 13 on Light Guard Drive and charged with assault and battery.
