Several Medford Residents Indicted on Drug Trafficking Charges

Middlesex District Attorney Marian Ryan announced multiple Grand Jury indictments on Friday, including several that involve residents from Medford.

The announced indictments are as follows:

Lendz Desamours, 28, was charged with trafficking cocaine.

Edward DiGiovanni, 59, was charged with trafficking Oxycodone over 18 grams.

Lisa Guarino, 53, was charged with distribution of a Class B substance and possession with intent to distribute a Class B substance.

John Vieira, 65, was charged with possession with intent to distribute cocaine.

Steve Pierre, 27, was charged with trafficking a Class A substance over 200 grams, trafficking in Class B substance over 18 grams, and conspiracy to violate drug laws.
