The Supreme Judicial Court heard arguments Monday in a case that will decide if voters get a chance to overturn the state’s casino law in November.
Peter Saks of Attorney General Martha Coakley’s office argued that casino companies that have spent millions on license applications are entitled to a decision on their applications under an implied contract the law established between the companies and the state.
