Yoga Fundamentals Series
Wednesdays 5-6:15pm 
6-week Series starting May 14 
This 6-week series is a great way to dive into a regular yoga practice. The classes will include the fundamentals of basic yoga poses with an emphasis on alignment, breathing, and awareness of body and mind that are necessary to build a safe and enduring practice. Whether you're a beginner, new to yoga, rehabilitating from an injury, returning to practice after time away, or just want to deepen your practice, these classes will benefit you. You will walk away from this series with increased strength, flexibility, balance, and peace of mind and will feel comfortable walking into a public yoga class. This series is designed for a committed group as we will be building on our practice each week.
