MILFORD, MA- Just before 2 a.m. on Monday, Milford police got a call about a noise complaint coming from 21 Jefferson Street. The caller said there was a truck playing loud music in the parking lot.

Police found two men and one woman in the parking lot when they arrived and told them about the noise complaint. One of the men, identified as Geovanny Guallpa, walked towards the officers holding a "open and nearly full bottle of Smirnoff Ice" and told police the group was leaving, according to the report.

When officers asked Guallpa to put down the bottle he ignored them, turning around to his car and finally put down the bottle after they asked a second time, according to the report. Guallpa would not give officers his real name or birthdate and instead repeatedly told them his name was Christopher. Another officer on the scene recognized Guallpa and advised the other officer he had been given a fake name, according to the report.

After being in his cell for half and hour, Guallpa put toilet paper over the cell camera and refused to remove it, according to the report. Police had to handcuff him until 4 a.m.
