This summer, Newton Honda Village had a special visit from HondaPro Jason and his customized, striking yellow 2018 Honda Civic Type R. Jason is currently a Honda brand advocate but has been around cars since he was a boy, and it’s safe to assume he’s a bit obsessed with cars – Honda's to be specific – having owned 19 in his life so far. Community members and car enthusiasts who attended the event held at Village Automotive Group’s Newton dealership had the opportunity to meet and talk with Jason as he provided an exclusive tour of the showroom, take photos with his sleek yellow car and enjoy complimentary ice cream on the hot July day.
But despite his charm and enthusiasm, Jason took a backseat to his 2018 Honda Civic Type R – which is the only model to be painted Phoenix Yellow, rather than the Type R’s quintessential color, Championship White. Children enjoying their ice cream looked admiringly at the striking car from the shiny rims and to rear spoiler.
