Newton North High School shines at 7th Annual Friday Night Lights

The Tigers fought the Wellesley Raiders under lights powered by Honda Village of Newton

The Newton North High School Tigers valiantly fought against the Wellesley High School Raiders on September 28th at the annual Friday Night Lights game. Players took the field under the bright lights supplied by Honda Village of Newton. Mayor Ruthanne Fuller led the coin toss as fans cheered in the crisp fall air.

Newton North’s field was built without lights, and the team was unable to host evening games until Honda Village supplied them with state-of-the-art spotlights.

Mayor Ruthanne Fuller wishes the Tigers good luck as Carl Pasquarosa, General Manager of Honda Village, and Principal Henry Turner look on.
