One Worker Dead in Ammonia Leak
An ammonia leak at a Boston warehouse cited for numerous health hazards has claimed the life of a worker, according to the Boston Fire Department. About 5,300 pounds of ammonia had spilled before the main valve was shut off and the leak stopped, the department said.

An 80-year-old drug trafficker was sentenced to 10 years in prison in federal court. Earlier this month, a plea agreement that would have sentenced Marshall Dion, who stashed over $11 million in a storage facility, to five to seven years was rejected by a federal judge.
