10 Somerville Arrests Last Week: OUI, Breaking And Entering

The following are excerpts from the Somerville police log from Oct. 1-8. An arrest does not imply a conviction.

Monday, Oct. 1

• Christopher Reed, 32, of Cambridge, was arrested at 7 p.m. on Boston warrant charges of trespassing, assault and battery, threatening to commit a crime, disorderly conduct and resisting arrest; a Billerica warrant charge of assault and battery; a Cambridge warrant charge of trespassing and Brookline warrant charges of shoplifting by asportation (third offense).

• Thomas Hunt, 55, of East Falmouth, was arrested at 10:37 p.m. on Somerville warrant charges of accessory before the fact and attempt to commit a crime.

Tuesday, Oct. 2

• Rosemarie Finch, 41, was arrested at 4:43 p.m. on Somerville warrant charges of assault and battery to intimidate for race/religion and civil rights violation.

• Scott Badeau, 53, was arrested at 10:52 p.m. and charged with VCO open container and trespassing.

Wednesday, Oct. 3

• Amy McGregor, 38, of Medford, was arrested at 3:21 a.m. and charged with breaking and entering nighttime for a felony.

• Kimberly Duffey, 41, of Brookline, was arrested at 11:12 a.m. and charged with VCO open container. She also faces a Boston warrant charge of breaking and entering for misdemeanor.

• Leodan Molina, 49, was arrested at 7:54 p.m. on a Somerville warrant charge of miscellaneous community ordinance/bylaw violation.

• Edmilson Gomes, 29, of Brockton, was arrested at 10:07 p.m. on Brockton warrant charges of trespassing, resisting arrest, disturbing the peace, miscellaneous statutory violation, disorderly conduct and miscellaneous common law violation.

Sunday, Oct. 7

• Marissa Voller, 32, of South Boston, was arrested at 9:51 p.m. on a Boston warrant charge of receiving a stolen motor vehicle.

Monday, Oct. 8

• Spencer Camara-Harrison, 24, of Somerville, was arrested at 10:13 p.m. and charged with operating under the influence of drugs, negligent operation of a motor vehicle and possession to distribute a Class D drug.
