Mutual Aide Assisted At 2-Alarm Fire In Somerville

Crews from several communities responded to a fire on Willow Avenue on Friday.

SOMERVILLE, MA — Crews were at the scene of a two-alarm fire in Somerville, according to reports on Twitter. The fire was reported on Willow Avenue. Crews from Medford, Cambridge and other nearby communities responded after the fire quickly went to 2-alarms.

The fire, which was reported at the rear of the building, was quickly brought under control.

No injuries were reported, according to WCVB's David Hurlburt.
