Wednesday, July 31
• Jamari Ellcock-Davis, 20, of Cambridge, was arrested at 12:10 a.m. and charged with unarmed assault and burglary and witness intimidation.

• Sean O'Conner, 26, of Dedham, was arrested at 4:13 a.m. and charged with breaking and entering to a vehicle or boat nighttime for a felony (two counts), receiving stolen property under $1,200 (two counts) and possession of a Class A drug. He also faces Saugus warrant charges of unarmed burglary and larceny over $1,200.

• A 20-year-old Lawrence man was arrested at 12:59 p.m. on Andover warrant charges of miscellaneous motor vehicle equipment violations, failure to wear a seatbelt and driving with a suspended license.
