Monday, Feb. 4
• Gilberto de Castron-Gomes, 29, of Burlington, was arrested at 1:27 p.m. on State Police charges of miscellaneous motor vehicle equipment violation, unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and failure to notify RMV of name/address change.

• Paul McGowan, 54, of Cambridge, was arrested at 12:11 a.m. and charged with operating under the influence of liquor - second offense and drinking alcohol from an open container in motor vehicle.
• Robert Breen, 51, of Somerville, was arrested at 9:17 p.m. on Salem warrant charges of threatening to commit a crime and disturbing the peace and Somerville warrant charges of assault and battery on a police officer, assault and battery on a public employee (two counts), disorderly conduct and resisting arrest.

Tuesday, Feb. 5
• Jennifer Boutin, 40, of South Boston, was arrested at 8:29 p.m. and charged with larceny over $1,200 by single scheme and removal of theft detection device.
Wednesday, Feb. 6
• Matthew Eithun, 40, of Somerville, was arrested at 12:47 p.m. and charged with shoplifting by asportation.
Sunday, Feb. 10
• Breno Da Silva, 20, of Somerville, was arrested at 10:10 p.m. and charged with possession of dangerous weapons in violation of community ordinance, carrying a dangerous weapon and possession to distribute Class D drug.
