7 Somerville Arrests Last Week: OUI, Assaulting An Officer

SOMERVILLE, MA – The following are excerpts from the Somerville police log from Jan. 21-26. An arrest does not imply a conviction. Click this link to find out how to get a name removed from a Massachusetts Patch police report.

Monday, Jan. 21

• A 25-year-old Somerville man was arrested at 11:09 a.m. and charged with violating an open container community ordinance.

Thursday, Jan. 24

• Meghan Breslow, 22, of Lynnfield, was arrested at 4:46 p.m. and charged with operating under the influence of liquor and negligent operation of a motor vehicle.

• Manuel Cordero Jr., 28, of Cambridge, was arrested at 1:02 p.m. and charged with trespassing, witness intimidation and resisting arrest.

• William Pires, 19, of Somerville, was arrested at 8:33 a.m. on Cambridge warrant charges of armed assault to murder, carrying a firearm without a license and firearm within 500 feet of a dwelling.

Friday, Jan. 25

• Emmanuel DeOliveira, 23, of Somerville, was arrested at 3:26 p.m. on Chelsea warrant charges of failure to stop/yield and unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle; and Revere warrant charges of unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and negligent operation of a motor vehicle.

Saturday, Jan. 26

• Emma Wile, 29, of Somerville, was arrested at 11:01 a.m. and charged with assault and battery with a dangerous weapon and disorderly conduct.

• Victor Rodriguez, 39, of Lynn, was arrested at 11:01 a.m. and charged with assault with a dangerous weapon, disorderly conduct, resisting arrest and assault and battery on a police officer (two counts). He also faces Lynn warrant charges of paying for sexual conduct, assault and battery on a police officer and resisting arrest.
