9 Somerville Arrests Last Week: Drunken Driving, Assault

The following are excerpts from the Somerville police log from Oct. 8-14. An arrest does not imply a conviction.

Monday, Oct. 8

• Jose Goncalves, 35, of Somerville, was arrested at 12:55 a.m. and charged with assault and battery with a dangerous weapon.

Tuesday, Oct. 9

• Angel Colon, 35, of Framingham, was arrested at 6:42 a.m. and charged with VCO possession of dangerous weapons, carrying a firearm with ammunition, carrying a firearm without a license, possession of a large capacity firearm, receiving stolen property over $1,200 and assault with a dangerous weapon.

• Clifton Moore, 30, of Somerville, was arrested at 8:19 a.m. and charged with assault and battery with a dangerous weapon (two counts) and VCO possession of dangerous weapons.

Wednesday, Oct. 10

• Adam Rodriguez, 28, of Malden, was arrested at 9:01 p.m. and charged with disorderly conduct.

Thursday, Oct. 11

• Daniel Almeida, 36, of Somerville, was arrested at 5:43 p.m. and charged with unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and carrying a dangerous weapon.

Saturday, Oct. 13

• Damien Ellis, 32 of Somerville, was arrested at 12:30 a.m. on a Somerville warrant charge of possession of a Class A drug.

• Brian Zimmerman, 44, of Somerville, was arrested at 10:19 a.m. and charged with operating under the influence of drugs.

• Paul Curtis, 29, of Watertown, was arrested at 3:13 p.m. and charged with larceny over $1,200.

Sunday, Oct. 14

• Nihad Rustom, 59, of Somerville, was arrested at 7:43 p.m. and charged with operating under the influence of liquor and negligent operation of a motor vehicle.
