Brass Union Hosts Two Roads Brewing Dinner - 4/8

On April 8, Brass Union will host their fifth event in the “Brass Pairings” series – a monthly pairing dinner where the Union Square eatery and lounge joins forces with local brewers, distillers, wine makers and sommeliers – for a night of interactive cuisine and beverage.

In this “Brass Pairings” evening, Brass Union will team up with Stratford, Connecticut-based Two Roads Brewing for a savory five-plus-course dinner prepared by Executive Chef Jonathan Kopacz with accompanying brews hand-selected by the Two Roads Brewing team.

Chef Kopacz and Two Roads Brewing will present the menus as follows:

The “Brass Pairings” event takes place on Wednesday, April 8, beginning at 7pm. Tickets are $40 per person and can be reserved at brasspair5.eventbrite.com. This event is for ages 21+.
