Embodying Sacred Space: Healing for the Soul

In conjunction with the ECHO performance series we are hosting an interactive movement and writing workshop dedicated to understanding embodied knowledge of kinetic storytelling. This workshop will engage in authentic and in-depth dialogue that unveils the historical and contemporary themes of race, gender, and identity through kinetic storytelling. In uncovering personal narratives the workshop will probe the elements of time, space, energy, and multi-sensory approaches towards self-discovery and self-actualization!
