Foundry on Elm Hosts Weekly Beer Dinner on Thursdays

Foundry on Elm is debuting a new Beer Dinner Series that features a two-course prix fixe menu paired with suds from a different brewery each week. Foundry’s Chef Shayne Nunes and Beer Czar Geoff Thompson will collaborate to develop the evening’s carte du jour which is available beginning at 5:00pm on Thursdays, in addition to the regular menu. With no reservations required, Foundry’s “Beer Dinner Series” provides an open invitation to all lovers of fine food and proper ale.

On May 14, Beer Czar Geoff Thompson will hand-pick offerings from Avery Brewing Company’s portfolio and on May 21, Harpoon Brewery will take the spotlight. On May 28, selections from New England’s Smuttynose Brewing Company and Allagash Brewing Company both will be tapped. Chef Shayne Nunes will create a hops-friendly menu with seasonal ingredients to pair with the featured pours each week.

COST: Two-course prix fixe with beer pairings: $20 per person
