SCBC Summer Music Workshop Program Offers a Fun, Friendly, and Quality Music Education!
SCBC’s summer music program, “Make Your Groove,” is back as a full day music workshop format this year. This summer music workshop will be held on Wednesday, August 19th, 2015, from 9:00am to 4:00pm.
In the full-day workshop this year, the participants will explore how to write a song using their own instruments, improvise, and communicate with each other in various ensemble settings. The program will include songwriting workshop, ear training games (hear without fear!), exploring instruments session, ensemble practice, and jam session party (music with food). This workshop will be provided for 7-16 year-old children at the minimal cost of $25 registration fee.(Financial aid available)
