The grant is for $75,000 and will be used with additional funding that was already appropriated from town meeting.

STOUGHTON, MA — The Board of Selectmen voted unanimously to allow Economic Development Chair Pam McCarthy to submit a grant for restoring the train depot building.
The grant is for $75,000 and will be used with additional funding that was already appropriated from town meeting.
McCarthy said, "The money will be used to supplement the CPC (Community Preservation Committee) funds that had been approved for the rehab and will be used for initial tasks that include the testing and abating of hazardous materials."
