Athletes in the family? We have two programs this summer to get them in prime shape for the fall season.
We have an advanced summer program that is geared to high school/college level female athletes this summer. The program has an option of 2 or 3 days a week and each 90 minute session athletes will work on speed, agility, endurance, strength, and power. By completing the program the athletes will not only be ready to put their best foot forward on the field come fall but also be confident in their conditioning and the work they put in over the summer. Athletes will also be lowering their risk for an overuse or under conditioned injuries during those long double session pre-season days!
We also have a Middle School MOVE program geared towards younger athletes to help them improve their coordination and body control while building agility, speed, and strength. This program is 2 days a week for 60 minutes each session.
