Excitement is building for Laughter in the Lynnfield Library!
Excitement is building for Laughter in the Lynnfield Library!, a FUNdraiser sponsored by the Friends of the Lynnfield Library and the Wakefield Lynnfield Chamber of Commerce on Saturday evening, November 14th. The event, which will be held at the Lynnfield Library, 18 Summer Street, promises to be a fun evening featuring professional comedians Dave Rattigan and Paul D’Angelo, hearty hors d’oeuvres, a cash bar with beer, wine and a signature cocktail, and a silent auction. This is a 21-years-of-age and older event which will support the fundraising goals of the two sponsoring organizations. Area residents and businesses are encouraged to get involved, not only by attending the night of comedy, but also by donating an item or service to the silent auction, or being a sponsor of the event. Donors who donate an item valued between $250 and $1,000 will receive two complimentary tickets, while those who donate an item valued over $1,000 will receive four complimentary tickets. Four levels of sponsorship are available including Rolling on the Floor Laughing (ROFL) $2,500; Laughing Out Loud (LOL), $1,000; Giggles $500; and Chuckles. Sponsors will be featured in event materials and opportunities during the evening, according to their sponsorship levels. Sponsorship information can be obtained by contacting Wakefield Lynnfield Chamber of Commerce Executive Director Marianne Cohen at 781-245-0741 or Marianne@wakefieldlynnfieldchamber.org.
