Wayland 'Lobsterfest' Will Benefit Alzheimer’s Association
A Wayland assisted living facility is inviting residents to eat lobster to raise money for Alzheimer's.
WAYLAND, MA — A Wayland assisted living facility will host a socially-distanced lobster fundraiser in July to raise money for Alzheimer's research. The "lobsterfest" event is open to anyone from the area.

On July 22, you are invited to join Traditions of Wayland (www.traditionsofwayland.com) in fundraising for The Alzheimer’s Association (alz.org). Traditions of Wayland, an independent, assisted and memory care living community managed by LCB Senior Living (www.lcbseniorliving.com), is hosting a curbside pickup where you can take away a lobster roll with coleslaw, chips, dessert and a drink.

A suggested donation of $15 per meal gets you a delicious, chef-prepared lobster roll and sides. Masks and gloves will be worn by all associates attending the fundraiser, and curbside delivery to your car will be provided allowing for proper social distancing. Reservations are required by July 17 to reserve your meal(s) (with a limit of four per family) and to select a pick-up time.
This event is open to all, and we welcome the opportunity to work with you on an item featuring this fundraiser, that will benefit such a remarkable organization and worthy cause.
