Fall Field Hockey Registration starts Tuesday, May 22 at 9:00am online. www.westbororec.com
This program is for girls who will be in grades 7 & 8 in the fall. Join the fun while learning the game of field hockey. No experience necessary. If we have more than one team, teams will be equal ability and consist of mixed grades. Program format: The season runs late August to late October with one practice per week and 1-2 games per week. Home games/practices are held at Rogers Field. Away games held at surrounding schools. Transportation is not provided. Game and practice days and times not yet determined. Equipment needed: Each player must provide their own mouth guard, shin guards and goggles. Sticks are provided but participants can, and often do, bring their own. Rubber or plastic cleats are suggested. No metal cleats allowed.

Coaches: We typically field one or two teams, depending on the number of coaches and players we have. Currently we have a coach for one team but will continue to look for a second. Therefore, only the first 20 girls registered will be taken into the program. After that we will start a wait list. If we are able to add a 2nd team, the girls will be split onto two equal-ability teams.
