Youth Basketball Coaches Wanted

The Westborough Youth Basketball Association (WYBA) is looking for volunteer coaches for the 2011-2012 season. Openings are available for the boys’ grades 4 to 8 teams and the girls’ grades 5 to 8 teams.

“At this time, we are asking or candidates interested in coaching for the ‘A’ level teams only,” said Dan Kelley, WYBA board member. “We will determine which age groups have sufficient interest and talent for a second team and solicit coaching applications for those teams during the tryout process in September.”

The open coaching positions are for one year. Coaches from previous years must apply for the upcoming season.

Information and applications can be found on the WYBA website. An application may be submitted through the website or downloaded and mailed to Box 511, Westborough, MA 01581.
