• Bottling company to close Michigan facility, cut 86 jobs (mlive.com) — Niagara Bottling will permanently close its Plymouth facility on General Drive this October, cutting 86 local jobs as part of a broader reorganization. The move follows Niagara's acquisition of Michigan-based Absopure's retail water business and comes alongside major manufacturing investments elsewhere, while Absopure-branded water will continue to be sold statewide.
