“Brian is the right guy at the right time for our Public Works Department,” said Edina City Manager Scott Neal. “He is an experienced professional who is as much at home in a snow plow as he is in a business meeting setting. He has a strong career of working well with the various disciplines and professions that make up a Public Works Department. I’m also looking forward to the leadership qualities that Brian brings to our organization. He is a great addition to our team.”
