Alleged Beer Bottle Attack Leads to Felony Indictments
Alleged Goffstown and Nashua drug dealers indicted, Merrimack man indicted for possession while another man is indicted for jewelry theft.

NASHUA, NH - The following people were indicted in Hillsborough County Superior Court recently:
D’Angelo Nieves, 19, of Concord Street in Nashua, for criminal trespass for allegedly entering the basement of a Main Street Nashua home between Sept. 1, and Sept. 13, 2015.

Michael P. O’Loughlin, 22, of Crosby Street in Milford, for first-degree assault, second-degree assault, riot, all felonies, as well as simple assault. On Aug. 23, 2015, in Wilton, he allegedly picked up a man and threw him to the ground. He also allegedly struck another man with a beer bottle and then punched him while he was unconscious.
Chelsea Osterman, 25, of Harvard Street in Nashua, for felony habitual offender, disobeying a police officer, and driving without giving proof after an alleged incident on Main Street in Nashua on Nov. 10, 2015. She was deemed a habitual offender by the NH DMV in July 2013.

Paul Overacker, 39, of Ash Court in Nashua, on two counts of sale of cocaine and a single count of sale of crack cocaine, all felonies. On Aug. 5, Aug. 18, and Aug. 26, 2015, in Nashua, he allegedly sold drugs. He was previously convicted of controlled drug acts in Hillsborough County Superior Court in November 2014.
Ryan Carr, 39, of Range Road in Windham, for two felony counts of misapplication of property. On March 5, 2014, in Nashua, he allegedly failed to make the required disposition on property – a $40,000 annuity – reportedly obtained by another person.
Frederick Cote, 26, of Dunbar Street in Manchester, for felony theft by unauthorized taking, for allegedly stealing a $14,000 pair of white gold diamond earrings from the Kay Jewelers in Merrimack on Nov. 13, 2015.
Ryan Courtenay, 27, of Goffstown Back River Road in Goffstown, for four counts of sale of a narcotic drug-subsequent offense. On Jan. 12, Jan. 13, Jan. 16, and Jan. 19, 2015, in Nashua, he allegedly sold heroin. He was previously convicted of possession in Hillsborough County Superior Court in May 2012.
Topacio Baez, 27, of Beauview Avenue in Nashua, for three felony counts of sale of a controlled drug. On Sept. 16, Sept. 23, and Oct. 6, 2015, in Nashua, he allegedly stole cocaine.
Jason Bean, 32, currently incarcerated, for three felony counts of violation of a protective order and three counts of stalking. On Nov. 30, 2015, and Dec. 1, 2015, in Hudson, he allegedly texted messaged and called another person. Bean was previously convicted in March 2008 of violation of a protective order in Berlin District Court.
Stephen Briere, 39, currently incarcerated, formerly of Loop Road in Merrimack, for two felony counts of possession of a controlled drug-second offense. He was allegedly in possession of fentanyl and methamphetamine on Nov. 7, 2015, in Nashua. He was previously convicted in July 2005 of manufacturing methamphetamine in Hillsborough County Superior Court.
Michael Byron, 38, of Button Drive in Londonderry, for stalking and two counts of domestic violence, all felonies. On Nov. 29, and Nov. 30, 2015, he allegedly entered a woman’s home and struck her in the face and pushed her down after being ordered to stay away from the home. Byron was convicted of violation of a protective order in 2014.
