Alleged Child Rapist, Drug Dealers, Others Indicted: Roundup

Wrong-way driver on Everett Turnpike, alleged Nashua teen drug dealer, and Hillsborough habitual offender, also all indicted.

NASHUA, NH – The following people were indicted recently in Hillsborough County Superior Court.

Anthony J. Ribiero, 18, of Houde Street in Nashua, for possession of controlled drug with intent to distribute-marijuana and felonious use of a firearm on Feb. 19, 2016, in Nashua.

Alexander Rivera-Aponte, 34, incarcerated, for two felony counts of sale of a controlled drug-cocaine on Oct. 1, and Oct. 6, 2015, in Nashua.

Angel L. Rodriguez, 55, of Chestnut Street in Nashua for three felony reckless conduct counts, simple assault, resisting arrest, and disobeying an officer, after allegedly refusing to stop for Merrimack Police on the Everett Turnpike on Feb. 21, 2016.

Matthew Rodriguez, 40, of Mason Street in Nashua, for felony habitual offender after allegedly driving on State and Main streets in Nashua on Dec. 17, 2015.

Paul Rondeau, 34, of Ash Street in Nashua, for felony reckless conduct and disobeying an officer after allegedly driving his vehicle at a police officer on Feb. 17, 2016, in Nashua.

Cheryl Schofield, 49, of Pratt Street in Billerica, MA, for felony possession of a controlled drug-Lorazepam, after allegedly getting caught with 94 pills on Jan. 22, 2016, in Nashua.

Richard Smith, 32, of Tolles Smith in Nashua, on two counts of sale of a purported narcotic drug-heroin on Sept. 28, and Oct. 6, 2016, in Nashua.

Alexander Soledade, 35, incarcerated, for felony theft by unauthorized taking in Milford on March 1, 2016, allegedly involving between $1,000 and $1,500 in cash.

Steven Terry, 41, of Canal Street in Penacook, for four counts of aggravated felonious sexual assault, tampering with witnesses, sexual assault, all felonies, as well as endangering the welfare of a child. In July 2015, in Nashua, he allegedly repeatedly sexually assaulted and fondled a girl who was a relative. He also allegedly also gave false information to a forensic examiner.

Timothy Therrien, 30, of Henniker Street in Hillsborough, for felony habitual offender and aggravated-DWI-second offense. He was arrested at the Dunkin’ Donuts in Hudson and allegedly had a more than 0.16 alcohol concentration. He was convicted of DWI in Concord District Court in May 2012.

Stacy Vaillancourt, 45, of Malvern Street in Manchester, for felony possession of a controlled drug-amphetamine and felony possession of a narcotic drug-Buprenorphine.

Chad Veillette, 36, of Lock Street in Nashua, for felony duty to report-second offense. Between September and December 2015, in Nashua, he allegedly failed to report to police.

Steven Wood, 51, of Chestnut Street in Nashua, for possession of a narcotic drug-Clonazepam and unlawful possession of prescription drug-hydrochloride, both felonies, and criminal trespass after an alleged incident on West Pearl Street in Nashua on Jan. 29, 2016.

William Wood, 68, incarcerated, formerly of London Court in Merrimack, on three felony counts of sale of a controlled drug-cocaine. On Dec. 11, and Dec. 16, 2015, in Nashua. Wood was previously convicted of felony possession of a controlled drug in Hillsborough County Superior Court in April 2015.
