Alleged Drug Dealer Indicted

Plus, Milford man indicted on multiple charges after a crash, woman indicted for Merrimack liquor store theft.

The Hillsborough County Superior Court indicted the following people recently:

Charles A. O’Neill, 47, of Railroad Square in Nashua, for felony second-degree assault after an incident on Jan. 6, 2015, in Nashua, where he allegedly threw a man over a railing and down some steps. The incident resulted in multiple fractures and a severe laceration.

Marcus Oslan, 35, of Westford Street in Chelmsford, MA, on felony possession of controlled drug, possession of controlled drug, and criminal trespass. The allegation stems from an incident in Nashua on Dec. 8, 2014, allegedly involving amphetamines and marijuana. He also allegedly entered the Pheasant Lane Mall after being told not to in July 2014.

Dominic Powers, 26, of Miltmore Road in Antrim, for felony possession of a controlled drug after allegedly being in possession of buprenorphine on Dec. 4, 2014, in Greenville.

Daniel Pryzstac, 26, of Candia Street in Nashua, for felony possession of a narcotic drug (heroin) and felony possession of a controlled drug (Alprazolam) on Dec. 12, 2014, in Nashua.

Jose Emillio-Rivera, 230, incarcerated, for criminal threatening, domestic violence-criminal threatening, and felon in possession of a deadly weapon, all felonies. On Feb. 8, 2015, in Nashua, he was allegedly in possession of a knife, threatened a woman and accused her of cheating on him, and struck a window of a vehicle with a knife. He was convicted of felony armed robbery in Hillsborough County Superior Court in December 2010.

Matthew Rodier, 28, of Bradford Drive in Litchfield, for felony possession of a controlled drug (heroin) from Dec. 24, 2014, in Nashua. He was convicted of dealing in or possession prescription drugs in May 2004 in Concord District Court.

Vanessa Rodriguez, 26, of Beck Street in the Bronx, NY, for felony attempted theft by unauthorized taking after allegedly trying to obtain more than $1,500 worth of merchandise at Toys R Us in Nashua on June 27, 2014, by using fraudulent information.

Joshua Rosario, 21, of Temple Street in Nashua, for felony possession of a controlled drug (Alprazolam) on Jan. 16, 2015, in Nashua.

Kara Sandmann, 33, of James Circle in Pepperell, MA, or East Side Drive in Concord, of felony possession of a controlled drug (heroin) and possession of a controlled drug (marijuana) on Dec. 31, 2014, in Brookline.

Jamelle K. Sattiewhite, 33, of Main Street in Grafton, MA, for manufacture of a controlled drug (marijuana), a felony, on Jan. 12, 2014, in Nashua. It allegedly involved 15 marijuana plants.

Andre Sayahi, 27, of Ann Drive in Portsmouth, for habitual offender, a felony, and disobeying a police officer. On Jan. 29, 2015, in Nashua, he allegedly gave a false name to a police officer during a traffic stop on Armory Street.

Marion Smith, 39, of Mulberry Street in Nashua, for two counts of felony theft by unauthorized taking. On Dec. 17, 2014, she allegedly stole $218 worth of liquor from the New Hampshire State Liquor Store in Merrimack. Smith was convicted of theft in August 2005 and May 2004.

Jonathan R. Steimel, 30, incarcerated, for three counts of felony sale of a narcotic drug (heroin) after alleged incidents on Oct. 9, Oct. 13, and Oct. 20, 2014, in Nashua.

Muriel Supples, 28, of Old Derry Road in Hudson, for felony possession of a narcotic drug and simple assault after alleged incidents on Nov. 5, 2014, in Hudson.

William Sylvester, 28, of Whitten Road in Milford, for felony possession of a narcotic drug (buprenorphine), felony habitual offender, three counts of resisting arrest, criminal trespass, and disobeying a police officer on Oct. 25, 2014, in Milford, after allegedly hitting a pedestrian on Spaulding Street and entering into a home on Valhalla Drive. He was found to be a habitual offender on July 16, 2013.
