Alleged Drug Dealers, Arsonist Indicted: Roundup

Plus, Nashua man indicted for firing gun inside a restaurant, and Pepperell woman, Milford man indicted on drug charges.

NASHUA, NH – The following people were indicted recently in Hillsborough County Superior Court.

Ulysses McMillan, 30, of Burke Street in Nashua, on two counts of sale of heroin-subsequent, allegedly on Nov. 19, and Nov. 23, 2015, in Nashua. He was previously convicted of sale of narcotics in Hillsborough County Superior Court in December 2009.

Elizabeth Melanson, 27, of Ruonala Road in Milford, for felony possession of narcotic drugs-fentanyl and driving after revocation or suspension. On Nov. 16, 2015, she was reportedly stopped in Nashua on Amherst Street.

Sean Melvin, 22, of Brook Village Road in Nashua, for felony uttering a false prescription, allegedly for Oxycodone, on Jan. 26, 2016, at the Walgreens on Main Street in Nashua.

Christy Michaud, 26, of Vine Street in Nashua, for felony possession of Clonazepam after previously being convicted in Nashua District Court in November 2008.

James Neider, 21, of Knight Street in Milford, for felony possession of a controlled drug with intent to distribute-subsequent, fentanyl. On Feb. 4, 2016, in Nashua, Neider allegedly was found to be in possession of nearly 8.8 grams of fentanyl as well as a digital scale and baggies in his motor vehicle. He was previously convicted in Milford District Court in October 2011.

Jenna Nephew, 35, of Hollis Street in Pepperell, MA, for possession of a controlled drug-Buprenorphine and possession of a narcotic drug-cocaine, both felonies, allegedly on Jan. 21, 2016, in Nashua.

Thomas Newcomb, 26, of Pinehurst Street in Concord, for felony possession of a narcotic drug-fentanyl, allegedly in Nashua on Feb. 12, 2016.

Gregory Pelletier, 22, of Chatham Street in Nashua, for habitual offender. He was allegedly stopped while driving on Temple Street on March 20, 2016, after already being deemed a habitual offender by the NH DMV.

Robinson Plasencia-Diaz, 43, of Ash Street in Nashua, for reckless conduct and carrying a concealed, loaded firearm without a license, both felonies, as well as simple assault. On Feb. 16, 2016, he allegedly discharged his handgun inside the Tropical Point Restaurant in Nashua, was carrying, and struck a man in the face with the pistol.

James Reardon, 44, with a last known address of Adams Avenue in Greenville, for felony arson for allegedly starting a fire on Adams Avenue in Greenville on March 12, 2016.

Jonathan Rhodes, 25, incarcerated, on four counts first-degree assault and four counts of second-degree assault. He allegedly stabbed another man numerous times on Feb. 10, 2016, in Nashua.
