Habitual Offender from Nashua Arrested Again: Log

AMHERST, NH — Jacob Lopez, 25, of Milford, was arrested at 3:50 p.m. on July 7, 2016, on a charge of driving after suspension. Lopez was released on $1,000 PR bail, with an arraignment date set for July 28, 2016, at the Milford District Court.

Ryan Haggerty, 30, of Nashua, was arrested at 9:55 p.m. on July 7, 2016, on charges of habitual offender and suspended registrations. Haggerty was released on $5,000 PR bail, with an arraignment date set for Aug. 3, 2016, at the Milford District Court.

Alexander Ireland, 20, of Nashua, was arrested at 10:41 p.m. on July 7, 2016, on charges of possession of a controlled drug and transportation of a controlled drug. Ireland was released on $2,500 PR bail, with an arraignment date set for July 28, 2016, at the Milford District Court.

Kurtis Belanger, 31, of Milford, was arrested at 11:40 p.m. on July 7, 2016, on a charge of aggravated DWI. Belanger was released on $5000 PR bail, with an arraignment date set for July 14, 2016 at the Milford District Court.

Anthony Massua, 28, of Merrimack, was arrested at 4:55 p.m. on July 8, 2016, on charges of driving after suspension and suspended registration, as well as on an electronic bench warrant issued by the Concord District Court. Massua was released on $10,000 PR bail on the Amherst charges, with an arraignment date set for July 28, 2016 at the Milford District Court.
