Salisbury Man Arrested on Theft, Drug, and Resisting in Amherst

Fresh out jail, Christopher Sieradski, a man with a lengthy criminal history, was arrested again and held on cash bail.

AMHERST, NH β€” A New Hampshire man with a lengthy criminal history in the central part of the state was arrested last month on more charges in Amherst, according to police. Christopher Sieradski, 33, of Salisbury, was arrested at 4:03 a.m. on Feb. 21, 2017, for theft, resisting arrest, and possession of a controlled drug.

Sieradski was arrested and held on $2,500 cash bail. He was arraigned the next day in Milford District Court.

There was limited information about his latest arrest but back in 2016, Sieradski was arrested in February, April, May, August, and September, on various charges including possession of controlled drug-heroin, felony possession of controlled drugs-fentanyl, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, and resisting arrest or detention, unsworn falsification. He was also arrested on bench warrants including one for nonappearance in Concord District Court for a felony controlled drugs charge, $1,000 cash bail, and another from Aug. 22, 2016, out of Concord District Court for resisting arrest. Sieradski was also charged with theft by unauthorized taking or transfer from an alleged incident in May. The drug and resisting charges allegedly occurred on Liberty Street in Concord. The theft charge stemmed from an alleged incident at Walmart.

In the May incident, Sieradski – while wearing pink socks – allegedly stole candy from the 7-Eleven in Concord. After questioning and giving a false name, he was released, but two days later, he popped up at the Hannaford after reportedly being involved in another theft incident.

One of the drug charges was from an alleged incident in March 2015 on Fisherville Road after heroin was allegedly found in his syringe.

Sieradski was indicted in Merrimack County Superior Court in November 2016, for possession of a narcotic drug-fentanyl, resisting arrest or detention, and unsworn falsification. On May 27, 2016, he allegedly gave an officer a false name in Concord and resisted while in possession of drugs.

In December 2016, he was indicted in superior court for possession of a narcotic drug-fentanyl, a felony, and resisting arrest or detention. On Sept. 16, 2016, he allegedly ran away from officers after being found in possession of the drug, according to the indictment.
