Homeless Maine Fugitive, Parolee Arrested on Storrs Street: Log

Concord Police: Salisbury man arrested again, assault reported on North State Street, and DVO violation reported on Fisherville Road.

CONCORD, NH — Marial A. Kocdal Loya, 27, of Old Suncook Road in Concord, was arrested at 2:56 a.m. on Sept. 17, 2016, for criminal mischief, resisting arrest or detention, and a bench warrant. Also arrested was Andrew Pike, 23, a homeless man now located in Concord, for two counts of criminal mischief and a bench warrant. They were arrested after an alleged incident on North Main Street.

Christopher L. Sieradski, 23, of South Road in Salisbury, was arrested at 10:40 p.m. on Sept. 17, 2016, for theft by unauthorized taking and transfer after an alleged incident at Walmart on Loudon Road.

Christopher K. George, 33, of Fisherville Road in Concord, was arrested at 12:53 a.m. on Sept. 18, 2016, for simple assault and domestic violence-simple assault after an alleged incident on North State Street.

Emily A. Poole, 26, of Pleasant Street in Concord, received a summons at 4:21 a.m. on Sept. 18, 2016, for negligent driving after an alleged incident on Pleasant Street.

Iyodele Graham, 33, of Portsmouth Street in Concord, was arrested at 4:47 a.m. on Sept. 18, 2016, for criminal mischief and two counts of endangering the welfare of a child/incompetent after an alleged incident on Jennings Drive.

John D. Eggleton, 49, a homeless man now located in Concord, was arrested at 10:04 p.m. on Sept. 18, 2016, on a fugitive from justice warrant on Storrs Street. According to a court affidavit, police were sent to the old liquor store for a report of an intoxicated man. Police later found him sitting outside of the Mennino Place Apartments, according to the report. The man, later identified as Eggleton, reportedly gave the officer a Maine license and a check yielded a full extradition warrant out of Somerset County Maine for failure to appear in court on a larceny charge. Eggleton allegedly told the officers that he did not pay some of his restitution fine which were part of his original charge that he went to jail for, according to the affidavit. He was arrested and held without bail.

Miles J. Chamness, 59, of Fisherville Road in Concord, was arrested at 12:05 a.m. on June 27, 2016, for violation of a protective order. On June 6, according to an affidavit, officers were sent to an apartment on Fisherville Road for a report of a domestic violence order violation. Chamness – a woman alleged – showed up at her apartment and stayed there and she was unable to call police because she was “scared of him.” After he left, she immediately called police, according to the report. Another woman at the address was also a witness in the case. The DVO was issued on May 23. Police searched the area but were unable to find Chamness. A warrant was issued later that day and he was picked up a few weeks later.
