Concord Police: Tilton man faces accident charge, Loudon man in prison charged with felony theft, Lebanon man arrested on 2011 forgery case.

CONCORD, NH - Philip M. Wardner, 46, of Prospect Street in Tilton, was arrested at 6:27 p.m. on May 26, 2016, on a conduct after an accident charge from an alleged incident at Shaw’s Supermarket on D’Amante Drive on May 19, 2016. He’s due in court on July 1.

Joshua A. S. Jackson, 34, of Bumfagon Road in Loudon, was arrested at 1:15 p.m. on May 24, 2016, for felony theft by unauthorized taking or transfer from an alleged incident on Runnells Road. He was served at the New Hampshire State Prison on North State Street, refused bail, and was arraigned on May 25.

Eric M. Todd, 27, a homeless man now located in Concord, was arrested at 12:35 p.m. on May 23, 2016, for theft by unauthorized taking after an alleged incident at Hannaford on Fort Eddy Road. Todd was arrested by Boscawen Police on the Concord warrant as well as other warrants. He was arraigned the next day.

William M. Burr, 43, of West Street in Lebanon, was arrested at 9:50 p.m. on May 22, 2016, for felony forgery and receiving stolen property from an alleged incident in May 2011 at the Word of Life Christian Fellowship on Old Loudon Road. He was arrested by Lebanon Police and is due in court on June 27.

Ahmad Abdulkarim, 33, of Loudon Road in Concord, was arrested at 6:35 p.m. on April 19, 2016, on a bench warrant out of Concord District Court from September 2015, $261 cash to settle. He was arrested after an accident at the intersection of Woodman and Minot streets. He was reportedly a passenger in one of the vehicles, according to an arrest report. Abdulkarim is due in court on June 6.

Debbie L. Gilmore, 46, a homeless woman now located in Concord, was arrested at 11:55 a.m. on April 18, 2016, on a simple assault charge from an alleged incident outside of the New Hampshire State Liquor and Wine Outlet on Storrs Street on March 26, 2016.

Leslie M. Pickering, 30, of Youngs Mill Road in Loudon, was arrested at 2:39 p.m. on April 16, 2016, for endangering the welfare of a child/incompetent after an alleged incident outside of Sal’s Pizza in the Capital Plaza on Storrs Street.

Christopher L. Sieradski, 32, a homeless man now located in Concord, was arrested at 7:05 a.m. on April 14, 2016, on a bench warrant for nonappearance in Concord District Court for a felony controlled drugs charge, $1,000 cash bail, issued the week before. While assisting U.S. Marshals with a warrant service on Elm Street, an officer ran a check on a man, Sieradski, and found he had an active warrant. He was arrested and held.

Nathan C. Bell, 23, of Portland Street in Rochester, was arrested at 8:13 p.m. on April 13, 2016, on a felony possession of controlled drugs charge from an alleged incident on March 30, 2015, at the Concord Police Headquarters. He was arrested by Rochester Police on a warrant and had a court date on May 23.

Blake Camire, 21, of Pierce Street in Concord, was arrested at 6:02 p.m. on April 11, 2016, on a conduct after an accident charge from March 28, 2016, at the Cumberland Farms on North State Street. He turned himself in on a warrant and was arraigned on May 23.

Dana A. Bigl, 42, of Rumford Street in Concord, was arrested at 11:37 p.m. on April 10, 2016, for driving while intoxicated, open container, and driving after revocation or suspension after being stopped on Pleasant Street for a defective rear plate light on a Chevrolet pickup truck. His license was suspended on Feb. 23, for implied consent. The officer alleged that he smelled like alcohol and there were two open bottles of Heineken on the floor behind the driver’s seat. “Dana then proceeded to tell me that he was actually arrested approximately 10 days ago by New Hampshire State Police for DWI and believes they had his driver's license,” the officer alleged. After field sobriety tests, he was arrested.

Luis Gonzales, 21, of West Street in Concord, was arrested at 1:45 a.m. on April 2, 2016, on four bench warrants. Three of the warrants were nonappearance in Laconia District Court for criminal trespass, criminal mischief, and theft by unauthorized taking from 2015 and nonappearance in Concord District Court from 2015 for breach of bail, $1,000 cash bail. He was arrested at Concord Hospital.
