'The Squad' Drug Leader Found Guilty In NH On Numerous Counts
Brandon Griffin, one of the state's deadliest drug dealers, faces decades in prison. Police thank prosecutors and the jury for their work.

CONCORD, NH — Brandon Griffin, the leader of the notorious New Hampshire drug dealing and pimp gang known as "The Squad," was found guilty on Monday on 53 of 72 charges he faced in Hillsborough County Superior Court-North. Griffin and other members of the gang terrorized Manchester and threatening residents of surrounding communities for a number of years, shooting up rival drug houses and at other dealers, and are connected to at least one murder. The gang members were also accused of assaulting women – some were sliced in the face for not paying for their drugs or trying to escape drug addiction, sex trafficking, and prostitution.
Former gang members – including John Gebo, who is in prison for murder – testified against Griffin in court.
Griffin faces more than 330 years in prison when he is sentenced later this year.

"Everyone that helped out from the original response of the multiple incidents, the follow-up investigations and the Hillsborough County Attorney's Office deserve a thank you," Capano said. "The successful prosecution was due to all of your hard work, which has put a very dangerous person away, which is exactly where he belongs."
Capano called "The Squad" extremely violent and were not productive members of the community.
"The actions of this group did nothing but put our community at risk, and we cannot and will not tolerate that type of behavior," he added. "I would also like to thank the jury for their time and dedication to the legal process and coming back with what we would consider the right decision.”
Law enforcement and prosecutors have been attempting to bring members of "The Squad" to justice since 2015, after a number of drug dealing arrests, allegations of trading prostitutes and assaulting women, drug overdoses, and the targeting of rival drug dealers. Their criminal activity heighted in mid-2016, after a shooting on the West Side of the Queen City that took the life of Hans Odige. Another of Griffin's victims was Tori Caron of Merrimack, who passed away in late 2017.
