Alleged Crack Dealer, First-Degree Assaulter Indicted In Court

Homeless man indicted on stolen car and drug charges in Bedford while a Hebron woman was indicted for drug, falsifying evidence in Amherst.

MANCHESTER, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Hillsborough County Superior Court-North.

Kyle Poisson, 39, of South Jewett Street in Manchester, for felony possession of a controlled drug-cocaine as well as DUI allegedly on March 1, 2017, on Manchester Street in Manchester.

Joseph Politano, 34, of Lincoln Street in Manchester, for first-degree assault and second-degree assault, both felonies. On Sept. 16, 2016, he allegedly punched another person with a closed first that caused an orbital fracture in his left eye and/or cracked teeth.

Justin Proulx, 27, of Amory Street in Manchester, on two felony counts of sale of a controlled drug-Oxycodone allegedly on June 30, and Aug. 10, 2016, in Manchester.

Hayley Pyles, 22, of Waterford Way in Manchester, for felony criminal threatening for allegedly brandishing a firearm at another person on July 4, 2017, in Manchester.

Robert Radcliffe, 38, a homeless man now located in Manchester, for receiving stolen property – a 2007 Hyundai Azera – and possession of a controlled drug-methamphetamine, both felonies, allegedly on Sept. 25, 2017, in Bedford.

Jo Ann Rayno, 47, of North Mayhew Turnpike in Hebron, for habitual offender and falsifying physical evidence. On Aug. 15, 2017, in Amherst, she was allegedly driving on Corduroy Road and reportedly concealed a straw in the sleeve of her shirt to impair an investigation.

Brian Reed, 35, of Third Street in Manchester, for felony perjury for allegedly knowingly made a false statement on March 10, 2017, in Manchester, to police regarding a shooting at Sixide.

Charles Rehm, 38 of Lake Avenue in Manchester, for sale of a controlled drug-crack cocaine and possession of a controlled drug-crack cocaine with intent to sell allegedly on June 15, 2017, in Manchester. Previously, according to the indictment, he was convicted of controlled drug; acts prohibited in Hillsborough County Superior Court-North in April 2016.

Benjamin Rodriguez, 45, of Henriette Street in Manchester, for felony duty to inform allegedly on June 8, 2016, in Manchester.
