Alleged Meth, Fentanyl, Heroin Dealers Indicted In Hillsborough County
Alleged knife slasher indicted, Hill man indicted on 36 counts of theft, property charges, Nashua woman indicted on solicitation charge.
MANCHESTER, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Hillsborough County Superior Court-North.
Michelle Delrio, 35, of Manchester Street in Manchester, on three felony counts of sale of a controlled drug-fentanyl allegedly on Aug. 9, Aug. 16, and Sept. 6, 2016, in Manchester.
Patrick Devine, 27, of Bellview Street in Manchester, incarcerated at the time of the indictment, for sale of a controlled drug-methamphetamine allegedly on Jan. 21, 2016, in Manchester. Previously, according to the indictment, he was convicted of acts prohibited in Hillsborough County Superior Court-South in June 2016.

Lori Donahue, 42, of Fairway Drive in Derry, incarcerated at the time of the indictment, on three felony counts of possession of a controlled drug-Buprenorphine, methamphetamine allegedly on Feb. 25, and March 22, 2017, in Manchester.

Xavier Dorriety, 20, of Second Street in Manchester, for two felony counts of second-degree assault for allegedly striking another man with a knife on Jan. 21, 2017, in Manchester.
Joseph Drazen, 29, of Spaulding Street in Nashua, on two felony counts of possession of a controlled drug-cocaine, fentanyl as well as transporting drugs in a motor vehicle allegedly on Nov. 21, 2017, in Manchester.
Matthew Emerson, 48, pictured lower right, of Old Town Road in Hill, for five counts theft by unauthorized taking, attempted theft by deception, falsifying physical evidence, 15 counts of receiving stolen property, 14 counts of theft by deception, all felonies. The charges stem from alleged incidents in Goffstown and Manchester in April and October 2016, including a purse snatching incident and attempting to return items to Market Basket that he hadn’t purchased. Twice before, according to the indictment, he was convicted of theft charges.
Kimberly Farrell, 43, pictured lower left, of Walker Street in Manchester, incarcerated at the time of the indictment, for possession of a controlled drug-methamphetamine allegedly on March 2, 2017, in Manchester.
Veronica Farrenkopf, 24, of Orange Street in Manchester, on three counts of sale of a controlled drug-heroin, fentanyl, crack cocaine and possession of a controlled drug-fentanyl with intent to distribute allegedly on Dec. 13, and Dec. 28, 2016, in Manchester.
Olivia Fitzwater-Duran, 22, pictured lower center, of Lowell Street in Nashua, for criminal solicitation. Between Oct. 1, and Oct. 31, 2016, in Manchester, she allegedly engaged with another to sell marijuana to her friends at the Hillside Middle School. Previously, according to the indictment, Fitzwater-Duran was convicted of acts prohibited in July 2014, in Hillsborough County Superior Court-North.
