Manchester Man Indicted On Child Sexual Assault Charges: Hillsborough County Court Roundup

Plus: New Boston man accused of chainsaw death threat in Weare; man indicted for killing puppy; Concord man accused of Amherst bail jumping.

MANCHESTER, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Hillsborough County Superior Court North.

Nico Covey, 40, of Brown Road in Manchester on possession of crack cocaine, two possession of fentanyl, and two possession of a dangerous weapon, machete and a slingshot, charges, all felonies. The weapon counts were from Aug. 4, 2022, in Goffstown, while the drug charges were from Sept. 17 and Sept. 29, 2022, in Goffstown.

Jose Dejesus, 50, of South Main Street in Manchester on a felony cruelty to animals charge. He was accused of beating a canine pet on Nov. 9, 2022, in Manchester. Read more about this case here: Manchester Man Accused Of Hitting, Shaking, And Killing A Puppy

Tyler Densmore, 30, of Manchester Street in Manchester on indecent exposure and lewdness-subsequent offense and controlled drug act; acts prohibited-methamphetamine charges, both felonies. He was accused of exposing himself while allowing another person to perform a sex act on him in a building lobby on Hanover Street in Manchester on March 24, 2022. The drug possession charge was from Sept. 6, 2021. Previously, according to the indictment, Densmore has been convicted on both charges.

Daniel Dipietro, 37, of Maple Street in Manchester on felonious sexual assault and two aggravated felonious sexual assault charges, all felonies. He was accused of a pattern of sexual abuse and fondling between Jan. 3, 2018, and July. 1, 2022, in Manchester.

Robert Donnelly, 57, of Valley View Road in New Boston on a felony criminal threatening charge. He was accused of pulling out a chainsaw, attempting to start it, and telling another person he was going to kill them or words to that effect in Weare.

Cody Duarte, 28, of Massabesic Street in Manchester on possession of fentanyl with intent to sell, illegal possessing of doxycycline, and possession of a Ruger 9 mm pistol on Oct. 21, 2022, in Manchester and a bail jumping charge on Dec. 19, 2022, in Manchester. All of the charges were felonies.

Alexandra Eckersley, 26, a homeless woman now located in Manchester on reckless conduct, falsifying physical evidence, and two second-degree assault charges, all felonies. She was accused of leaving her newborn infant in a homeless tent during extremely cold temperatures on Dec. 26, 2022, in Manchester and attempting to conceal the newborn’s location from police and EMTs. Kyle Gerrish, 24, of Fisherville Road in Concord on a felony bail jumping charge from Amherst on Dec. 19, 2022.

Peter Guy, 30, of Elm Street in Milford on a felony assault by prisoners charge. He was accused of biting a corrections officer in Manchester.
