Bedford Woman Indicted In Superior Court On Drug Charge: Roundup

Woman indicted on second-degree assault charges; Oregon man indicted on knife threat charge; and Concord residents indicted in Manchester.

MANCHESTER, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Hillsborough County Superior Court-North.

Ann Aguiar, 52, of Auburn Street in Manchester, on falsifying physical evidence and two second-degree assault charges, all felonies. She accused of pushing a mobile washing machine into a woman, causing her to fall back and cut her head, and then striking her in the nose twice and in the head with a coffee mug and then cleaned up the blood to impair an investigation on Aug. 31 in Manchester.

Joseph Barbrie, 34, of Riddle Street in Manchester, on a felony criminal mischief charge for driving into a utility pole in Manchester on July 7.

Richard Barr, 60, of Cartier Street in Manchester, on a pistols & revolvers; convicted felons, a felony. He's accused of possessing a BB gun on Aug. 19 in Manchester.

Angela Basnar, 32, of Brown Road in Concord, on a felony possession of methamphetamine charge on July 27 in Manchester.

Melanie Blackwood, 29, of Club Acre Lane in Bedford, on a felony possession of fentanyl charge on Aug. 19 in Manchester.

George Beaton, pictured right, 52, of Manchester Street in Manchester, on willful concealment and two theft by unauthorized taking charges, all felonies. He's accused of stealing items and eating chicken without paying for it at Market Basket on Elm Street in Manchester on Sept. 6 as well as items belonging to another person at George's Apparel on Aug. 24 in Manchester.

Haitham Bol, 30, of Clay Street in Manchester, on a felony theft by deception charge – a counterfeit $100 bill and obtaining $60 in change – in Manchester on Aug. 19. Previously, Bol has been convicted twice on theft charges.

Christopher Brisborn, 41, homeless, on two felony duty to report charges. He's accused of failing to register as a sex offender in Manchester in March 2011 and Aug. 10.

Jeremy Carter, 47, of Bow Street in Concord, on motor vehicles; penalties and two reckless conduct charges, all felonies. He's accused of driving on Old Henniker Road in Hillsboro, at a high rate of speed where the vehicle could be considered a deadly weapon, while being registered as a habitual offender on Aug. 20.

Kevin Crandall, 28, of Bodwell Road in Manchester, on two attempted second-degree assault charges and four enhanced simple assault charges, all felonies. He's accused of choking two police officers and spitting and kneeing the officers on March 19 in Manchester.

Nicholas Crawford, upper left, 26, of Manchester Street in Manchester, on felony controlled drug acts; acts prohibited-crack cocaine and felony controlled drug acts; acts prohibited-amphetamine charges that was allegedly sold to an undercover confidential informant Sept. 10 in Manchester.

Mario Cruz, 24, of Belmont Street in Manchester, on three felony criminal threatening charges. He's accused of threatening another person by saying, "Call the cops, and you're dead" and "I'm going to smash your truck," or words to that effect while carrying a large wooden object as a deadly weapon on July 7 in Manchester.
