Rockingham Sheriffs Make Drug, Plow Theft, Other Arrests: Roundup

Plus: Concord man faces habitual offender charge; Nashua man bagged on ID, credit fraud, other charges; Mass. man faces burglary charge.

BRENTWOOD, NH — Michael Francis Gifford, 51, of Ash Street in Nashua, was arrested on Sept. 6, 2019, on a Felonies First warrant for failure to appear at disp-fentanyl possession.

Kevin Harley Folsom Jr., 31, of Grappone Drive in Concord, was arrested on Sept. 5, on a Felonies First warrant for failure to appear at the arraignment of an operating while deemed a habitual offender charge.

Wayne Peter Campbell, 55, of Railroad Square in Nashua, was arrested on Sept. 5, and charged with Felonies First warrants for failure to appear at a status hearing on a credit card fraud charge, identity fraud, receiving stolen property, and credit card fraud.

Charles Jay Ouimet Jr., 36, pictured upper left, of Route 107 in Brentwood, was arrested on Sept. 5, on a judge's order to arrest for failure to appear at a status hearing on a theft of a snow plow incident.

Angela Dawn Basnar, 33, of Oak Street in Northwood, was arrested on Sept. 5, on a judge's order to arrest for bail revocation on crack cocaine possession, buprenorphine possession, methamphetamine possession, bail revocation on a habitual offender charge-second warrant, two disobeying an officer charges, and operating while a habitual offender charges.

Paul Christopher Dubuque Pinkham, 28, of South Avenue in Derry, was arrested on Sept. 4, on a judge's order to arrest for failure to appear at the plea-sentence of a forgery charge.

Alexandra Jutanda, 22, upper right, of Mallard Lane in Hooksett, was arrested on Sept. 4, on a judge's order to arrest for failure to appear plea-sentence on fentanyl possession, alprazolam possession, meth possession, fentanyl possession, and failure to appear at the plea-sentence of a meth possession charge-second warrant.

Jason Robert Evans, 47, of Guilford Center Road in Guilford, Vermont, was arrested on Sept. 3, on a judge's order to arrest on a failure to appear at the arraignment of a fentanyl possession charge.

Valmore Karl Langelier III, 32, lower left, homeless now located in Somersworth, was arrested on Sept. 2, on a judge's order to arrest for failure to appear at the disp-conference on a theft charge, theft, resisting arrest, criminal mischief, and failure to appear at a disp-hearing on an attempted theft-second warrant charge.

Jason Parker Balser, 32, lower right, of Main Street in Amesbury, Massachusetts, was arrested on Sept. 2, on a judge's order to arrest for failure to appear at a status hearing on a burglary charge-second warrant as well as Felonies First warrants for failure to appear at the status hearing on fraudulent use of a credit card, two counts of credit card fraud, theft, fraudulent use of a credit card, and failure to appear at the arrangement of a theft charge-third warrant.
